Wiki Duniya is a self-service platform that allows individuals and organizations to create a verified, shareable one-page digital profile. Each profile comes with a unique ID, QR code, and a personalized URL — live within an hour after registration and payment.

2. Who can create a profile on Wiki Duniya?

Anyone who is an individual, freelancer, student, professional, or a registered organization can create a profile on Wiki Duniya. The platform serves a wide range of users looking to establish an easy-to-share verified digital identity.

3. How much does it cost to create a profile?

  • Individuals: ₹1000 (one-time payment, lifetime access)
  • Organizations: ₹2000 (one-time payment, lifetime access)
    There are no subscription fees, renewals, or hidden charges.

4. How do I register and create my profile?

  • Select whether you are registering as an Individual or Organization.
  • Fill out the registration form with your details, upload a photo or logo, and enter your contact information.
  • Complete payment through our secure payment gateway.
  • Upon successful payment, your profile will be generated and go live within 1 hour.

5. What information do I need to provide?

  • For Individuals: Full name, photo, designation or tagline, bio/about, city and state, mobile number (with OTP verification), optional email, social media links, and the last 4 digits of Aadhaar for verification.
  • For Organizations: Organization name, logo, tagline, about section, location, mobile number (with OTP verification), optional email, social media links, website URL, and GST/PAN or registration number for verification.

6. Can I edit my profile after it goes live?

Yes, you can edit your profile up to three times for free via your user dashboard. Additional edits may be offered as paid upgrades in the future.

7. How do I download my QR code?

Once your profile is live, you can download your unique QR code from your dashboard. You can print it on business cards, brochures, or use it digitally to share your profile instantly.

8. How long does it take for my profile to go live?

Profiles typically go live within 1 hour after successful payment and basic verification checks.

9. What kind of content is allowed on my profile?

You can include professional and truthful information about yourself or your organization. This includes your name, photo/logo, bio, contact details, social media links, and other relevant details. All content must comply with our Content & Acceptable Use Policy.

10. What content is prohibited?

Prohibited content includes but is not limited to obscene or pornographic material, hate speech, defamatory or fraudulent information, content promoting violence or discrimination, illegal activities, spam, and anything violating Indian laws or Wiki Duniya’s policies.

11. What if I find inappropriate content on another profile?

If you come across any profile with content that violates our policies, please use the “Report This Page” button on that profile. Our moderation team will review and take necessary action promptly.

12. How is my personal information protected?

Wiki Duniya takes data security seriously. We use encryption, secure servers, and limited access policies to protect your data. Payment details are processed by certified third-party gateways and are not stored by Wiki Duniya.

13. Do you share my information with third parties?

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except when required by law or in response to valid legal requests.

14. Can I delete my profile?

You can request deletion of your profile by contacting us through the Legal Request Form. We will process such requests in accordance with applicable laws and our data retention policies.

15. What if I forget my login details?

Currently, login is primarily via OTP verification sent to your registered mobile number. If you face issues accessing your account, please use the OTP resend option or contact support via the Legal Request Form.

16. Is Wiki Duniya available outside India?

At present, Wiki Duniya primarily serves users within India. Registrations from certain restricted countries may be blocked as part of compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

17. How can I contact Wiki Duniya for support?

We encourage users to use the FAQ page, dashboard tools, and reporting features for most needs. For legal or formal grievances, please use the Legal Request Form available on the website. We do not offer phone or direct email support.

18. Are there any additional fees or subscriptions?

No. Wiki Duniya operates on a one-time payment model with no renewals or hidden fees. Any future optional upgrades (like extra edits or premium themes) will be clearly communicated and charged separately.
