  • Complaints should be submitted through the “Report This Page” button on individual profile pages or via the Legal Request Form available on our website.
  • We do not accept complaints via phone or unsolicited emails to ensure a clear and traceable process.

Acknowledgment and Resolution

  • Upon receiving a complaint through official channels, we will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours.
  • We will review the complaint in a timely manner and take appropriate action based on our policies and applicable laws.
  • Removal or disabling of content will be done if found in violation, in accordance with Indian IT laws and platform guidelines.

  • Wiki Duniya acts as an intermediary platform and does not control or verify user-generated content prior to publication.
  • While we strive to act promptly, some grievances may require additional time or legal processes to resolve.
  • We do not guarantee the outcome of any complaint or the removal of content beyond our control.
  • This policy does not create any additional legal obligations beyond applicable laws and platform terms.
