This policy explains what information we collect, how it is used, and how members can manage their public profile information.

Information we collect

We collect account details, selected membership type, profile information submitted by members, payment status data, profile media, contact information, and basic usage data such as profile views.

How information is used

Information is used to create and manage accounts, publish public profile pages, process payments, provide support, improve directory discovery, and maintain platform security.

Public profile data

Information saved in profile update pages may appear publicly on individual or corporate profile pages. Members should only submit information they want visitors to see.

Payments

Payments are processed through Cashfree. Wikiduniya stores payment status and order references but does not store card, UPI, net banking, or wallet credentials.

Data sharing

We do not sell member data. Information may be shared with service providers when required for hosting, payment processing, analytics, compliance, or support.

Updates and deletion

Members can update profile details from their dashboard. For account-level requests, contact info@wikiduniya.org.
